The Conferment of my Certificate of General Administration was taken on 3rd of June 2010, at National Institute of Cambodia under the presidency of Samdech Akkak Moha Sena Padei Hun Sen, the prime minister of Cambodia and welcome speech by excellency Ly Kim Sok, the director of Royal School of Administration also joined by the hight rank officers of Cambodia as an alumni students.

Thousands of students came to join the ceremony because it was not just only certificate ceremony but the Commemoration of the 54th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Royal School of Administration. More then 300 this year graduated students and alumni students came to meet and discuss about creating School Foundation which leads by Excellency Sok An, the deputy-prime minister, minister in charge of president of council of ministries and he is the alumnus student of Royal school of administration too.

It was my great time again that I have completed successfully and gotten certificate of General Administration in the cadre of politics of state reform of government of Cambodia, from Royal School of Administration (RSA/ERA). This my another step forward to get more experiences and knowledge for my future life.
